Food Service Worker - Los Alamos National Laboratory

Food Service Worker needed to assist in food prep and meal service at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Responsibilities include preparing quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu, maintaining sanitation and kitchen safety, handling cash receipts and daily reports, understanding menu specifics, proper storage of food, serving according to schedules and policies, operating and caring for kitchen equipment (including knives), adding garnishments, assisting in cleaning of refrigerators, freezers, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations and uniform policy, coordinating with the manager on daily menus, supervising temperature controls, maintaining a clean work/storage area, sanitizing counters and steam tables, and performing other duties as assigned.
