Food Service Worker

Supervise inmate labor and team members during food preparation and service shifts in a correctional facility. Prepare, assist, or instruct staff in cooking quality foods according to menus, recipes, and work instructions while utilizing kitchen equipment. Ensure proper food storage and sanitation, serve meals during scheduled times, and maintain a clean work environment including dishwashing and floor cleaning. Train other food service workers and follow all facility uniform policies and food safety regulations. This role requires standing for most of the shift and involves physical demands such as lifting and bending.
