Job Summary
Prepare food according to NYS regulations, serve meals in a restaurant style setting, and maintain kitchen and cafeteria areas through cleaning and sanitizing duties. Perform assigned kitchen functions, manage dishwashing and sorting, keep units stocked, and deliver special food requests to residents. Full-time daily availability with every other weekend rotation required, plus per diem options. Prior food service experience is preferred, though not mandatory.

- Must be able to read, write, add, subtract, communicate and understand English language and follow directions
- Full Time Days (every other weekend availability required)
