Food Service Worker III

Prepare and portion specialized meals adhering to dietary restrictions, nutrition guidelines, and patient meal plans. Coordinate food distribution, tray assembly, and delivery to patients, staff, and visitors while monitoring kitchen operations, inventory, and food storage. Assist in training junior staff, mentoring on food safety protocols, and participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Operate kitchen equipment including slicers, ovens, and steamers, and engage in customer service to address meal concerns. Maintain regular attendance and comply with all infection control and sanitation regulations. SAFE Serve Certification preferred.
