Prepare and serve meals to patients, staff, and visitors while adhering to dietary guidelines and food safety protocols. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and slicers, stock supplies, and maintain inventory levels. Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment daily. Take and fulfill meal orders and handle cash transactions at the register. Maintain current County Specific Food Handlers certification.
