Food Service Worker Full time Rotating schedule

Prepare cold food items for patients and cafeteria, complete tray assembly, and take room service orders for employees, patients, and families. Ensure all food meets safety and sanitary regulations while completing required documentation and daily position checklists. Wash and sanitize food service equipment, carts, and dish machines, and assist with stock using the FIFO method. Handle basic cash transactions and enter data using Microsoft Excel. Maintain a clean, orderly cooking area and adhere to all department policies and regulatory standards. Work a full-time rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and every other weekend.
