Food Service Worker-Full Time

Serve meals for the cafeteria, assist with cooking by setting up cold serving lines, and prepare salads, desserts, breads, juice, gelatin, and pudding according to production schedules. Make coffee for patients and employees, dish salads and desserts, and prepare food in a nutritious manner following standardized recipes and therapeutic menus. Adhere to meal schedules, serve food at proper temperatures, clean the cafeteria and dining rooms, wash and put away dishes using sanitary procedures, stock paper supplies, and manage the cashier station by handling money and charging employee accounts. Perform related duties as assigned within the Food Service Department.
