Dishwash and heavy-duty clean cookware, utensils, and work areas using a three-compartment sink. Sort, stack, and rack tray ware for dish machines, then pull clean, air-dried pots and pans to designated storage. Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, recycling, and compost from kitchen areas, and retrieve soiled carts from patient units for delivery. Deliver clean carts to designated units and interact appropriately with veterans, representatives, visitors, and VA staff in a courteous manner.
