Job Summary
Assemble patient trays in a timely and accurate manner according to therapeutic diet orders and meal tickets. Serve cafeteria customers courteously while managing cash registers and adhering to portion guidelines. Follow HACCP and food safety standards for all food handling, cleaning, and equipment use. Support performance improvement activities and comply with hospital safety policies and emergency procedures. Maintain confidentiality and cooperate fully in risk management investigations. Requires high school diploma, English proficiency, and prior food service experience.
