Job Summary
Prepare cold food items for patients and the cafeteria, complete tray assembly, and take room service orders for employees, patients, and families. Wash and sanitize all food service equipment, carts, and dish machines, while maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly cooking area. Perform basic cash handling, enter data using Microsoft Excel, and replace items using the FIFO method. Adhere to safety and sanitary regulations, complete daily position checklists, and finish mandatory in-service trainings. This casual position requires every other weekend plus 1-2 days weekly, with shifts running 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM. No benefits are provided.

- End Times 7:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Must complete all mandatory in-service trainings
- Must meet employee health requirements
- Must complete daily position checklists
- Must complete cleaning duties
- Must complete all required documentation
- Must complete background check authorization and disclosure form
- Must adhere to organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program
- Must comply with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards
- Must ensure food meets all safety and sanitary regulations
- Must demonstrate ability to exercise independent judgment in times of need
