Job Summary

Role involves coordinating major cleaning of equipment, adhering to food safety regulations, and following uniform and PPE guidelines. May include duties across various kitchen areas and adapting to changing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Food Service Certificate as needed
- Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
