Job Summary
Assist in preparing and storing hot and cold foods while setting up stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils. Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas by following proper guest service procedures including smiling, making eye contact, and greeting visitors. Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment in compliance with all client and regulatory rules. Maintain a fast pace and ability to multitask while performing these duties. Previous food service experience is preferred.
