Job Summary
Food Service Worker – AM Cook needed to prepare and cook meals daily using standardized recipes, assist with food prep, portion and serve items, and maintain kitchen sanitation and safety. Responsibilities include dishwashing, transporting food to locations as needed, monitoring leftovers, and completing daily cleaning tasks in a kitchen serving the Los Angeles area. Bilingual English-Spanish candidates are strongly preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:00 PM at 155 N. Occidental Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90026. Requires high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of cooking experience; ability to read/write English; must attain Food Handlers and sanitation certification as required (e.g., ServSafe). Strong teamwork and communication skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to food safety standards are essential.
