Job Summary
Assist manager with food/meal preparation and maintain cash receipts and meal records; complete daily reports and ensure high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety. Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu, follow meal schedules and department policies, and use and care of kitchen equipment including knives. Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks, ensure proper food storage, supervise temperature requirements, and adhere to all food safety regulations, uniform policy, and PPE usage. Roles may include other duties as assigned, with potential physical demands such as lifting, bending, standing, and extended walking. At Aramark, role responsibilities may evolve to meet commitments.
Required Qualifications
- Food Service Certificate as needed
- Sufficient education or training to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions
- Be able to work quickly and concisely under pressure
