Job Summary
Prepare food for patient meals and supervise Food Service Worker I staff across the kitchen, patient units, and sanitation areas. Manage supervisory and food preparation documentation, including performance evaluations of subordinates and HACCP-related records. Ensure compliance with total quality management activities focused on food quality and patient satisfaction. Requires two years of qualifying experience in commercial or institutional food preparation, with specific responsibility for food prep, service, and supply ordering. Preferred competency includes Meditech and Computrition proficiency.
