Job Summary
Develop and implement storage systems, policies, and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency in warehousing operations. Direct and maintain centralized warehousing activities by supervising receipt, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment. Manage team recruitment, performance evaluation, and training while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. Reconcile vendor invoices, arrange emergency shipments, and compile regular reports on inventory, damage, and supply shortages. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and uphold SSA safety standards through daily operational expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Three - Five years minimum in food warehouse supervisor experience
- Background in receiving, storing, inventory and distribution of food & beverage in hotel, entertainment or cultural attraction venue
- ServSafe or Food Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to move and handle boxes (35lbx – 50lbs or more)
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to articulate to our team, Executive Chef, General Manager and HQ personnel as necessary
- Proven leadership skills with an understanding of the importance of team building/development, while fostering partnerships
- Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized
- Demonstrates organizational and planning skills
- Demonstrates the ability to remain flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Computer and/or inventory system knowledge
- Background in receiving, storing, inventory and distribution of food & beverage in hotel, entertainment or cultural attraction venue a plus
- ServSafe or Food Certification a plus
