Job Summary
Maintain clean and organized kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils by washing dishes, utensils, equipment, and food preparation surfaces. Sweep, mop, and clean floors, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other kitchen spaces while removing trash and sanitizing garbage containers. Move supplies, equipment, and products between storage and work areas, and assist with banquet setup, front-of-house support, and loading/unloading portable equipment as needed. Requires at least six months of dishwashing experience, ability to follow sanitation and safety standards, and capacity to handle physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Located in Staten Island, New York, with a pay range of $18.72 per hour.
Required Qualifications
