Food Service Tech

Load trays, arrange utensils, and place dietary cards on food service carts. Prepare food areas, steam tables, salads, and fruit plates for meal service. Stock storage areas and refill condiments, beverages, and food trays. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas while observing personal hygiene protocols. Clean pots, pans, and equipment. Assist co-workers as needed and attend staff in-service training. Emergency duty may be required, including work in Red Cross shelters or responses to threats and disasters. This role supports supervisory and food preparation personnel in serving meals to facility residents.
