Job Summary
Assists in food preparation and service in the school kitchen and cafeteria while maintaining a safe and sanitary kitchen and dining area. Responsibilities include practicing excellent customer service and operating the point of sale system in accordance with federal and state meal claiming procedures. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess food service experience, food safety training, cashier experience, and basic math skills. The position requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.
