Job Summary
Food Service Team Member at a Taco Bell franchise location involved in front line food preparation, table/waiting area maintenance, and customer service. Responsibilities include quick, efficient service and maintaining quality, portion consistency, equipment knowledge, and adherence to safety rules. Training is entry level with 1–3 months to gain role knowledge under close supervision; duties include operating the cash register, assisting with front line prep, and operating kitchen equipment as needed. Must be able to work as part of a team, handle standing and lifting, and communicate effectively with customers and employees; drive-through support may be required.
