Job Summary
Food Service Team Member at Nouria Energy is responsible for the proper and efficient operation of the Food Service Station during shifts, including preparing fresh made-to-order items, maintaining self-service offerings, handling cashier duties, and delivering best-in-class customer service. The role emphasizes sanitation, safety compliance, inventory monitoring, stocking, and assisting in promoting Nouria’s customer service program. The position requires interaction with customers, greeting with a smile, suggesting purchases, and adhering to safety and health policies; gloves/hat/visor/apron are required. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds and moving through store areas; flexibility to work as part of a team or individually is expected.

- Basic knowledge of the product, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the level of production
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

- Concern for the safety of self and co-workers and a responsible attitude
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
