Job Summary
Kitchen team member responsible for preparing menu items per recipes and standards, assembling and serving meals, maintaining clean, organized, and sanitized workstations, following food safety and sanitation practices, operating kitchen equipment safely, stocking and rotating supplies, applying FIFO to minimize waste, and assisting with overall kitchen operations. Works with Leads and Managers to keep kitchen throughput efficient, provides friendly guest service, and reports equipment or safety issues promptly. Shift: 2 PM–10 PM, 40 hours/week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous food service, restaurant, kitchen, line cook, prep cook, or quick-service experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment and follow recipes and prep instructions
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
