Job Summary
Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products while receiving and processing telephone orders. Interact and assist customers in the store, clean equipment and facility daily, and make correct monetary changes. Must be 16 years of age or older with the ability to comprehend written instructions, communicate verbally, and perform accurate math. Requires motor coordination for precise movements, keyboard skills, and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary changes
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen
- Skilled at multi-tasking and performing well in fast paced environments
- Physical demands may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, various hand tasks, and proper use of machines, tools, or equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish (Not required but it is a plus!)
