Job Summary
Lead and develop a Target Food Service team within the Food & Beverage department to deliver a consistent guest experience. Responsibilities include planning daily/weekly workloads to meet department and store sales goals, training and coaching hourly team members, conducting interviews and onboarding, upholding Food Safety Standards and proper inventory levels, executing food service transitions, promotions, pricing changes, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. Responsible for maintaining guest engagement, conducting performance feedback, and driving safe, compliant operations while supporting merchandising, order placement, and store security. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum 18 years of age, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for success.
