Job Summary
Food Service Team Lead responsible for daily dining room and kitchen operations, maintaining sanitation standards, assisting with meal service, and ensuring accurate dietary documentation for residents. Lead and support staff, train team members, monitor performance, manage admissions updates, tray cards, and nourishment labels, oversee meal prep and service, maintain sanitation and safety, assist with inventory, ordering, and deliveries, and support QAPI initiatives. Requires experience in food service or healthcare dining; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
