Food Service Supervisor

Supervise inmate labor and team members during food preparation and service shifts while ensuring all food is stored properly and in a sanitary manner. Prepare, assist, or instruct staff in cooking and serving quality foods according to planned menus, recipes, and work instructions. Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, and managing garbage collection while following all food safety regulations. Train other food service workers and promote a healthy, safe environment for employees and inmates. This role requires standing for extended periods and includes physical demands such as lifting and bending.
