Job Summary
The Food Service Supervisor will effectively lead and supervise all activities within the deli/food service department to achieve goals related to merchandising, sales, and customer service. Responsibilities include directing personnel, scheduling, engaging with customers, overseeing food preparation and safety compliance, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control. Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of food service management experience, demonstrate a passion for food and service, and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Two years prior experience in a fresh foods environment preferably in a management role
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-Safe certification preferred
- Desire to learn new products and new recipes
- A love of foods and a creative nature
