Job Summary
Direct department personnel in the deli/food service area to meet department goals and merchandising, sales and guest service targets. Hire, onboard and coach new team members; schedule staff; take guest orders and ensure timely, satisfactory preparation; enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines; manage inventory, ordering, pricing, and merchandising; oversee prep and serving of deli items and related equipment; rotate stock and maintain cleanliness across counters, prep areas, and storage. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, 2 years of managerial experience in a fresh foods environment, reliable transportation and a driver’s license; ServSafe certification preferred. Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evenings and to assist other locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old
- 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in managerial role
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license
