Job Summary
Lead Food Service Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations during shifts, supervising staff, ensuring food safety and quality, managing inventory and cash controls, training and coaching employees, and delivering prompt, friendly customer service at A&W in Campbell River. Requires secondary school completion, 3+ years of food service experience, FOODSAFE Level 1, and strong communication/organizational skills; 32-40 hours per week in a full-time, permanent role with growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food service
- FOODSAFE Level 1 required (Level 2 considered an asset)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, mature, and comfortable working independently
- Working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
