Job Summary
Supervise deli and food service department personnel to achieve sales and service goals. Responsibilities include directing staff, scheduling, onboarding, and coaching new team members, processing cash register transactions, ensuring food safety compliance, and overseeing product inventory management. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of experience in a fresh food environment, preferably in a managerial role. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift products, and use food service equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- 2 years prior experience in a fresh food environment preferably in a managerial role
- Reliable transportation and an active driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Dexterity with hands and fingers to use necessary equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
