Job Summary
The Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead at Global Partners directs and supervises all activities in the deli and food service department, ensuring sales and guest service goals are met. Responsibilities include selecting, onboarding, and coaching team members, scheduling, taking guest orders, achieving food safety standards, overseeing food preparation and merchandising, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the department. The role requires previous experience in a fresh food environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and using kitchen equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in managerial role
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Work in walk-in coolers and freezers
- Stand for long periods of time, bend and twist below waist
- Be dexterous enough with hands and fingers for necessary equipment operation
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
Additional Requirements

- Flexibility to work weekend, holiday and/or evening shifts and assist other locations as needed
