Job Summary
The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising activities in the deli and food service department, ensuring goals for merchandising, sales, and guest service are met. Responsibilities include training and onboarding team members, managing schedules, taking guest orders, ensuring food safety compliance, maintaining stock levels, preparing and merchandising food service items, handling cash register operations, and keeping work areas clean and safe. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in a managerial role
- Serv-safe certification preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and an active driver's license
