Job Summary

Key responsibilities include selecting and coaching team members, managing scheduling, processing guest orders accurately, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing food preparation and merchandising. The role demands strong leadership skills, prior experience in a fresh food environment, excellent communication abilities, and flexibility to work varying shifts. Additional duties involve handling cash register transactions and maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years prior experience in a fresh food's environment preferably in a managerial role
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Serv-safe certification preferred
- Vocational or Technical Education
