Job Summary
Coordinate and direct daily food service operations, ensuring timely, high-quality service that meets regulatory standards. Manage resources for food, supplies, and staffing while overseeing sanitation practices, safe food handling, and temperature monitoring. Coach and train team members, document employee discussions, and distribute assignments for maximum efficiency. Resolve daily issues impacting service and collaborate with other department areas. Requires ServSafe Manager Certification and two years of relevant experience. Baptist Health is a full-spectrum health system dedicated to improving community health.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Two years of relevant experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
