Job Summary
Direct the campus CNP Cafeteria team to execute HQ menu and ensure 100% of meals are served in compliance with counting/claiming processes; supervise Food Service Specialists and substitutes; develop staff through formal and informal methods; manage audits, budgeting, and adherence to nutrition/health standards; promote participation in the meal program and maintain a welcoming environment; coordinate with campus leaders on wellness initiatives and staff development; ensure recipes are prepared as HQ designed, meals meet temperatures and standards, and timely reporting of recipe/menu errors to HQ Nutrition Team.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma
- 2+ years in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- 1+ years in a supervisory role or leading a team
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Valid Food Handler's Card Preferred (willing to obtain within the first 30 days)
