Job Summary
Present and sell food and beverage products while preparing food as directed and maintaining sanitation duties. Operate the beverage cart on the golf course to provide sales to patrons, managing inventory and assisting with special events and tournaments. Demonstrate District customer service standards, address complaints, and support related staff with assigned tasks. Requires BASSET, Food Handler's, and First Aid/CPR certifications within specified months. Must be at least 21 years old (18 at Springbrook), possess driving ability, and tolerate modified schedules during high volume periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old at Naperbrook
- Must be at least 18 years old at Springbrook
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possession of, or the ability to obtain, Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) certification within three (3) months of hire
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, Illinois Food Handler's Certification within one (1) month of hire
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, First Aid, CPR, and AED certification within two (2) months of hire
- Ability to lift, carry, and/or move objects weighing ≤ 30 lbs on a daily basis
- Regular onsite attendance

- Ability to address complaints and resolve concerns
- Working knowledge of basic computer software
