Job Summary
Maximize food service sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain quality and safety standards by overseeing daily operations of Made to Order, Commissary, Bakery, and Beverage areas. Organize shifts, manage inventory for goods and supplies, and train employees on customer service protocols. Enforce company procedures, greet every customer with a smile, and suggest purchases to promote specials. Minimize safety risks by ensuring adequate training on safety policies, enforcing environmental regulations, and documenting accidents. Inspect stores for hazards, operate assigned equipment safely, and complete new employee safety orientations. Requires ServSafe certification a plus, proven experience as a shift lead or supervisor, and physical ability to lift 35 pounds. Starting rate is $18.00.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or similar role in food service
- Proven customer service experience, with track record for problem solving
- Proficient food and beverage knowledge
- Computer literate
- Strong motivational and people skills
- Working knowledge of food service and coffee equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot minor problems
- Must be able to lift to 35 pounds at times
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the store
- Prolonged periods of standing
