Job Summary
Manage daily school food service operations including cooking, food preparation, and portion control according to NSLP guidelines. Place orders, manage inventory, and assist with marketing promotions. Handle cash collection and recording keeping procedures while ensuring all personal protection equipment is in use. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen at all times and secure food service workers and substitutes. Requires ServSafe® Certification a plus and comfort in a fast-paced team environment. Monday through Friday day shift, 6.5 to 7 hours daily, no weekends or holidays, summers off.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working in a fast pace team environment
- Able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools

- ServSafe Certification a plus
