Job Summary
Manage daily school food service operations in Asbury, NJ, including cooking, portion control, and production standards per NSLP guidelines. Handle ordering, inventory, and marketing promotions while assisting with cash collection and recording procedures. Maintain a clean, safe kitchen with proper personal protection equipment and secure food service workers and substitutes. Work Monday through Friday, day shift, six hours daily with summers off. ServSafe certification is a plus.
