Job Summary
Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service by greeting patrons, learning their names, and assisting with product selection and heavy item handling. Review daily production lists, assign tasks, and oversee food quality, presentation, and inventory across Chinese, Italian, and Restaurant departments. Monitor kitchen areas for cleanliness and safety, enforce sanitation practices, and investigate food quality or service complaints. Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel while estimating costs and managing menu planning. Analyze sales trends, prepare ad projections, and ensure pricing remains competitive. Assume supervisory duties in the manager's absence and coordinate activities to maintain department standards and profitability.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent experience
- One year of similar or related experience
- Must possess excellent Hospitality skills
- Must have the ability to solve practical problems; variety of variables with limited standardization; interpret instructions
- Ability to do arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages
- Must have the ability to file, post, and mail materials; copy data from one record to another; interview to obtain basic information; guide people and provide basic direction
- Must be able to physically perform medium work; exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions

- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
