Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Hop Shops food service, including food preparation, stocking, sanitation, safety, pricing, equipment maintenance (refrigerators, stoves, microwaves), and customer service. Lead staff, plan and purchase food, maintain records, ensure proper sanitation and safety standards, and respond to customer preferences and complaints. Set product prices with approval from the Director of Store Operations; ensure compliance with company policies; manage service area and related tasks (dishes, trash removal, cleaning). Requires Proficiency with MS Word/Excel, a valid driver’s license, and ServSafe certification upon hire; background and credit checks required; strong leadership and operational management skills. Pay is an annual base salary with a 6:00 am–4:00 pm schedule and immediate start in Florence, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must agree to background and credit check.
- Will be required to obtain ServSafe certification upon hire.
- Leadership knowledge and skills required.
