Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations in a retail food service setting, including preparing and serving food, planning and purchasing food, maintaining sanitation and safety, managing inventory and equipment, keeping records, and addressing customer preferences and complaints. Set product prices with approval from the Director of Store Operations; assist with the coffee/fountain area and support CSAs. Requires strong communication, cash-handling skills, leadership ability, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel; driving license and ServSafe certification upon hire. Typical schedule is early morning to afternoons, with a focus on maintaining a clean, safe retail environment and adhering to company policies; benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, life insurance, 401(k) match, and EAP.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must agree to background and credit check
- Will be required to obtain ServSafe certification upon hire
- Leadership knowledge and skills required
