Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day food service operations in a Verona retail location, including preparing food, planning purchases, managing food storage and sanitation, setting product prices with approval from the Director of Store Operations, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a clean, safe customer environment. Manage inventory and records, respond to customer preferences and complaints, support the coffee/fountain area, and ensure adherence to safety standards and sanitation procedures. Requires ServSafe certification upon hire, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background and credit check. Strong leadership and computer skills (MS Word, Excel) are needed to coordinate staff, purchasing, reporting, and daily shift responsibilities.
