Food Service Manager-FT

Direct daily operations of food service departments including deli, bakery, prepared foods, and grab-and-go areas. Plan and execute merchandising, displays, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability. Train, schedule, and supervise team members while providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and labeling standards and maintain accurate inventory within budgetary guidelines. Monitor sales, margin, and labor reports to meet financial targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Partner with Store Director and corporate leadership to implement company programs and policies. Foster a safe, positive, and productive work environment. Requires ServSafe certification and 3+ years of supervisory experience in grocery food service.
