Oversees food preparation and cooking to ensure recipes and standards; maintains kitchen inventory; trains staff in cleanliness and sanitation; ensures safety, customer satisfaction, and guest service; manages deli operations and maintains food quality and portion control.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a food service environment.
- Experience with food preparation, kitchen sanitation procedures and safety regulations.
- Food Handlers Permit, or Food Safety Certification.
- Basic computer knowledge.
