Job Summary
Supervise staff to assure compliance with Federal, State, and Sanitary Regulations while overseeing food storage, preparation, distribution, and service under sanitary conditions. Assure food and supplies are purchased according to planned menu cycles and maintain equipment properly. Prepare and distribute daily assignment sheets and assist with meal tickets. Cover the Director of Food Services during PTO and alternate weekends as needed for 11am–7pm shifts. CDM Certified status required; experience in Long Term Care and cooking preferred. Required Qualifications
- CDM Certified

- Assure proper maintenance of equipment
- Supervise staff to assure food is stored, prepared, distributed and serviced under sanitary conditions
- Prepare and put out staff daily assignment sheets
- Assist with meal tickets
- Work from 11am-7pm
- Alternate weekends as needed
- Able to cover the Director of Food Services during PTO
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Cooking experience preferred
