Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Break Time food service programs, including profitability, expense control, waste control, inventory, labor scheduling, and customer service. Lead and train staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and manage merchandising, sales, and vendor relations. Maintain equipment, monitor temperatures, and ensure proper product handling and display while using the store’s POS systems and reporting tools to drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to attend food safety training and obtain a Food Handler’s Card or equivalent
- ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate in English (read, write, and speak) with customers and staff
- Proven ability to work in a supervisory role and lead a team
- Pre-employment background check and drug test
