Job Summary
Food Service Manager oversees day-to-day operations of Break Time food service programs, focusing on profitability, expense control, inventory, labor, and customer service. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling complaints, promoting sales, following recipes and safety guidelines, supervising staff, creating labor schedules within budget, maintaining food safety training, coordinating with management, and ensuring compliance with local/state/federal regulations._candidates should possess leadership, training, and communication skills, operate POS and labeling systems, and uphold company policies._
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications
- ServeSafe certified or able to complete course and pass test
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Pre-employment background check and drug test
- Ability to perform duties with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Willingness to attend food safety training
- English language proficiency
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior food service experience
