Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of Break Time food service programs, including profitability and expense control, inventory, labor planning, training, and delivering fast, friendly customer service; supervise staff, ensure food safety and regulatory compliance, monitor product quality and temperatures, manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, coordinate with vendors, and lead a team to maintain high standards of service and store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- ServeSafe certification or able to complete course
- Willingness to obtain Food Handler’s Card or equivalent certifications
- Ability and willingness to undergo pre-employment background check and drug test
- Proficiency in English (read/write/speak)
