Job Summary
Lead dining operations at the Taylor County Jail by developing menu solutions, managing customer orders, and overseeing food service activities from the front of the house. Implement Aramark's coaching model to engage staff, conduct daily briefings, and ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance standards. Drive financial performance by maintaining P&L statements, controlling costs, and improving margins through data-driven inventory and order trends. Supervise production quality and labor initiatives while building client relationships to meet operational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a management role
- Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lb.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
